How you can support Faith Sports

Volunteer

Tournament Setup & Logistics

  1. Field/Court Setup – Set up tents, goals, cones, scoreboards, or signage.
     

  2. Parking Assistance – Direct traffic and help attendees find parking.
     

  3. Check-In & Registration – Welcome teams and verify rosters at the entrance.
     

  4. Equipment Support – Distribute or manage gear and supplies.
     

  5. Venue Cleanup Crew – Help clean up between games and after the event.
     

 

 Youth & Family Engagement

  1. Activity Booth Helper – Run kids' games, crafts, or bounce house areas.
     

  2. Family Hospitality Tent – Hand out water, snacks, or info to families.
     

  3. Lost & Found/Info Table – Provide directions or handle misplaced items.
     

  4. Lunch & Snack Distribution – Prep and serve meals or snacks for players and coaches.
     

 

 Game Day Operations

  1. Scorekeeper or Timer – Track game time and scores.
     

  2. Announcer/MC – Introduce teams, announce scores, or keep energy high.
     

  3. Referee Assistant – Help refs with equipment or hydration needs.
     

  4. Team Liaison – Assist teams in finding fields and staying on schedule.
     

 

 Media & Communication

  1. Photographer/Videographer – Capture highlights for social media or recap videos.
     

  2. Social Media Volunteer – Post live updates or manage stories during the event.
     

  3. Livestream Assistant – Help with setup and streaming of key games or ceremonies.
     

 

 Special Roles

  1. Prayer Leader or Chaplain – Lead team or event-wide prayers (for faith-based tournaments).
     

  2. Award Ceremony Support – Prep medals, trophies, and help with stage setup.
     

  3. Medical/First Aid Support – Assist with minor injuries or direct emergencies.
     

  4. Float Volunteer – Be available to help wherever needed throughout the day.
